Made from pure, organically sourced Magnesium chloride flakes (not Magnesium sulfate), taking a warm bath in these divine Magnesium Flakes is an effective way to relax and unwind after a long day. You only need to use ½ cup in a regular sized bath then sit back and relax while your body absorbs the pure benefit of Magnesium to help ease stress or anxiety, restless legs and cramps, relieve sore muscles and improve quality of sleep.  Magnesium flakes have also been known to help with eczema, arthritis, joint pain and psoriasis.
